Thank you for choosing The Strap Shack. Our goal is to provide unique, premium, handcrafted products with a high level of customer satisfaction. Due to the unique, custom nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review your purchase carefully. EXCLUSIONS

In rare cases if your product has been subject to mishandling during the shipping process, or you have received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days from delivery to initiate the resolution process at info@thestrapshack.com.

- Inspect the packaging prior to opening

- Photograph damage to the external packaging prior to opening

- Retain all shipping material included until resolution

 

RETURN SHIPPING

In the case of damaged or mis-shipped products qualifying for return, products must be returned with original packaging and in the original condition unless otherwise instructed by our customer service team.
